AVM-Approved Bridging Loan with Together Secures Full Requested Amount
Problem
Broker had tried to place case with Precise and the valuation report came back very low and they couldn’t offer what was required. Needed help to get the property purchased quickly.
Solution
Matt placed the bridge with Together and managed to get it AVM’d which meant we could get the amount of loan the client originally asked for and save the client another valuation fee.
